Construction Permit

Just about every new property owner wants to do some work to make the property "theirs". They want to put their signature on the property either by building something or remodeling. The Callender Lake community is a Property Owners Association and has rules that help maintain the value of the properties within the community. All construction work requires a permit that is obtained by filling out an Architectural Review application and receiving approval for the construction from the Architectural and Control Committee. Most applications are free of charge, but some do require a fee.
