Bylaws, Covenants, and Restrictions

Callender Lake Property Owners Improvement Association is a POA. This is very similar to an HOA. Property Owners agree to be contractually obligated to the community’s Bylaws, Covenants and Restrictions. The current Bylaws and C&R's are posted below.
