Association Fees

The Callender Lake Property Owners Improvement Association provides amenities and resources to the community through maintenance fees assessed. The community votes on Bylaws, Covenants, Restrictions, and yearly maintenance fees as needed and called for at an annual election held in September.

Currently, the yearly maintenance dues is $355.35 per improved property and $128.75 for unimproved property.
